Museum Passes

The Hudson Library provides you with new exciting opportunities! Explore Northeast Ohio art and
cultural organizations for free, with your Hudson Library Card.

Please note: There are a limited number of passes available. Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis

Participating Organizations

  • The Cleveland Museum of Art: Admission to ticketed exhibitions for 2 adults and all children 17 and under that live in the same address. The CMA museum pass also provides a $7 flat rate parking.
  • The Akron Art Museum: Admission for 2 adults and any children under 18 living at the same address.
  • Akron Children’s Museum: Admission for up to six individuals.
  • Akron Zoo: Admission for 2 adults and 4 children.
  • McKinley Presidential Library & Museum: Admission for 2 adults and any household children or grandchildren.
  • Western Reserve Historical Society: Admission to all WRHS sites across Northeast Ohio including The Cleveland History Center Museum, Crawford Auto Aviation Museum, and Hale Farm & Village.
  • Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens: Free self-guided tours for up to 2 adults and 7 youths (0-17 years old) during regular admission hours. Not valid for special events. Includes free on-site parking. (Passes are available until November 20, 2024 for 2024 season. Passes will return in spring 2025).

Basics of Borrowing

  • Due to high demand there is a checkout limit of one pass per household at a time.
  • Passes are available to borrow at the library on a first-come, first served basis. Reservations are no longer available for passes.
  • Passes are available for use by current library cardholders in good standing, ages 18 years of age or older.
  • Passes are loaned for a one week loan period with no renewal.
  • No holds are allowed on library passes through the Online Catalog.
  • Overdue fees will be charged for museum passes not returned by their due date at the rate of $5.00 per day.
  • Passes must be returned to a person at the library. Do not return passes in drive-thru book drop.
  • If your museum pass is lost, stolen or damaged, you will be held responsible for all applicable replacement costs and processing fees–up to $250, plus any accrued late return fees.
