Rules for Study Room Use

Is there a space available for individual or small group meetings?

The Hudson Library & Historical Society has small study rooms available for individual quiet study, group study, tutoring and small meetings during library operating hours.

How do I reserve a space?

Reservations can be made 1 week in advance by calling the Reference desk at 330-653-6658 x1010, or using the reservation button below.

Study Room Policies & Procedures

Please read the policies and procedures for reserving and using this space. Failure to follow these rules and/or repeated failure to show up for your reservation may lead to loss of study room privileges. 

This room can be reserved only once a day per patron or group.

There shall be no reservations accepted more than one week in advance for the use of this room.

Study rooms close 15 minutes prior to the library closing.
Customers may not bring food into the study rooms.

Covered drinks are permitted in the study rooms.
No selling of merchandise or profit making is permitted in this space.
Modification of the space or installation of decorations or visual props on walls or ceilings with tape and/or pushpins or any other installation that would result in damage to interior finishes is strictly prohibited.
