Is there a space available for individual or small group meetings?

The Hudson Library & Historical Society’s Laurel Lake Room is available for individual quiet study, group study, tutoring and small meetings (limit of 5 people) during library operating hours. The Laurel Lake room is located on the first floor of the library at the end of the art gallery hallway.
 

How do I reserve this space?

Reservations can be made 1 week in advance by calling the Reference desk at 330-653-6658 x1010, or using the reservation button below.


 

Laurel Lake Room Policies & Procedures

Please read the policies and procedures for reserving and using this space. Failure to follow these rules may result in permanent loss of study room privileges.
 

Everyone entering the building will have their temperature taken.

Masks must be worn at all times in the building.
Maximum of 5 people in the room.

Customer visits will be limited to two hours to allow the maximum number of people to access the building each day.
Customers must reserve the Laurel Lake Room 24 hours in advance.


This room can be reserved only once a week per patron or group.

There shall be no reservations accepted more than one week in advance for the use of this room.
The day's schedule will be printed and posted on the door and will also be available at the circulation desk.
Customers may not bring food or drinks into the building.
No selling of merchandise or profit making is permitted in this space.
Modification of the space or installation of decorations or visual props on walls or ceilings with tape and/or pushpins or any other installation that would result in damage to interior finishes is strictly prohibited.
