Library Awarded Grant from Hudson Community Foundation

The Hudson Community Foundation awarded a grant to continue the Hudson Library’s monthly Memory Cafés through 2027. Since their launch in 2026, the Memory Cafés have been well received, bringing together people living with dementia and their caregivers for engaging activities including art, music, poetry, and social connection. The program promotes wellbeing, reduces isolation, and helps build a caring and supportive community. We are very grateful for the continuing support of the Hudson Community Foundation.
