The Hudson Library & Historical Society will host a live virtual streaming event with New York Times bestselling author Mika Brzezinski. Perhaps best known as co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Brzezinski is also the author of multiple books about empowering women in their personal and professional lives. Comeback Careers: Rethink, Refresh, Reinvent Your Success--At 40, 50, And Beyond is her most recent book, co-written with Ginny Brzezinski. This is a one-time only exclusive event and will not be recorded.
The Hudson Library & Historical Society Teen Room is undergoing a refresh to incorporate new technologies, more visible display areas and flexible seating arrangements for individuals and groups. The room will be temporarily closed during the construction phase starting in late January.
Customers are encouraged to stock up on reading and study materials. Patrons will be able to check out an unlimited amount of books for a six-week loan. No fines will accrue during that period and renewals are available. Come to the Teen Room, pick up a free bag (while supplies last) and fill it with books. For more information call the library at 330-653-6658 Ext. 1032.
