The Hudson Library & Historical Society will host a live virtual streaming event with New York Times bestselling author Mika Brzezinski. Perhaps best known as co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Brzezinski is also the author of multiple books about empowering women in their personal and professional lives. Comeback Careers: Rethink, Refresh, Reinvent Your Success--At 40, 50, And Beyond is her most recent book, co-written with Ginny Brzezinski. This is a one-time only exclusive event and will not be recorded.
The library is now open for regular hours. Patrons will have access to the circulation desk, the holds pickup window and adult services on the second floor. The rotunda and Brewster cafe are now open. All programming will resume, unless otherwise specified.
Story times will resume Monday, January 29 and will take place on the second floor in the Eldredge Room.
There will be a variety of children’s resources in the lobby and Eldredge Room. However, the remainder of the first floor will be closed off to both staff and the public until further notice.
