“Farms & Foods of Ohio: From
Garden Gate to Dinner Plate” author and culinary instructor Marilou
Suzsko will visit the Hudson Library & Historical Society on
Tuesday, July 22nd at 7 pm to discuss her book and offer
samples of the recipes found within its pages. There are more than
one hundred recipes in the book which highlight farm-fresh tastes.
This
long-time food writer has visited many family farms in Ohio and is
a big proponent of “buying local” when it comes to groceries.
Marilou Suszko takes you on a journey throughout Ohio, where you’ll
meet unique farming personalities dedicated to growing, raising, and
preparing wonderful foods to grace your family’s table.
