Yoga for
Relaxation
The Hudson Library & Historical
Society will host a yoga and relaxation program on three
consecutive Mondays, March 1, 8, and 15 at 7:00 p.m. Terik Hartz,
local resident and yoga
instructor, will teach various yoga techniques to promote
relaxation and reduce stress. It is
suggested that participants bring a yoga mat or towel and dress
comfortably.
These programs are free and open to
the public, but registration is required and class size is limited
due to space. Patrons are asked to sign up for only one session to
allow for the maximum number
of participants.
