We will briefly discuss three others: Business Plans Handbook, Hoovers and First Research. The latter provides essentials for call preparation and industry profiles.

The library subscribes to more than 90 specialized databases and most of them are accessible from home. The six to be discussed are a sampling of business-oriented sources and can be valuable aids when researching companies and industries for work or job search activities. They provide access to many full-text articles from journals, magazines, newspaper and books.

Business Source Premiere Provides full text for more than 3,650 scholarly business journals, including full text for nearly 1,100 peer-reviewed business publications. It also has SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) from Datamonitor is a leading business information company specializing in industry analysis.

It offers a vast collection of content types together in one product: business journal articles (updated weekly), video clips, market research, start-up plans, templates and forms, business cases, working papers, conference proceedings, and full text dissertations. The interface for ProQuest Entrepreneurship was designed for entrepreneurs wanting quick access to the latest information on business topics and quick links to the most highly sought information, regardless of their research experience.
